It does not govern the de-identified, aggregated, or licensed healthcare datasets that CareSet lawfully sources and provides to customers, which are subject to their own agreements and applicable law. Nothing in this policy should be read as making CareSet a HIPAA covered entity or business associate unless a separate written agreement expressly says so.

Information you provide directly

  • Contact and account details — name, email address, phone number, company, job title, and similar business-card information you submit through forms, sign-ups, or when requesting information.
  • Transaction and billing information — for Data Store or other purchases, order details and billing information. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor (e.g., Stripe) and are not stored by us.
  • Communications — the content of emails, support requests, and other messages you send us.
  • Privacy requests — information you submit through our opt-out / data-request page, which we use only to verify and fulfill your request.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data — IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, referring URLs, and timestamps.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — as described in our separate Cookie Policy and managed through our consent tool. Categories include functional cookies (required) and statistics/analytics cookies (subject to your consent choices).
