Medicare Provider Networks. Built from Years of Claims Data.
DocGraph began with a FOIA request. When we got access to Medicare data, we chose to release it publicly, and that decision shaped everything we’ve built since. Whether you’re validating treatment sequencing and site-of-care patterns, mapping referral networks, uncovering wait-time disparities and access gaps, or revealing fraud and waste, the data is here. DocGraph is the foundational dataset for non-commercial and commercial uses.
